Drone survey

At Bromilow Property Surveyors we offer a range of surveys with the use of a remotely controlled drone.  Our drone pilots are all insured experienced RICS regulated surveyors. The use of a remotely controlled drone means we can provide our clients with UHD, 4K, photographic and video survey footage of their buildings, chimney stacks, guttering and roofs that would otherwise be difficult to inspect from the ground. The video footage can relay live images to the operator below.

Examples of building elements and defects that may be inspected more closely using a drone:
drone

  • Cracked or missing tiles
  • Blocked rainwater gutters
  • Chimneys stacks
  • Flashing and weatherproof sealing to external roof elements
  • Valley Gutters
  • Parapet walls
  • Flat roof coverings
  • Dormer roofs

Having a drone survey can highlight risks before you make any legal commitment to purchase a property and help in negotiating an agreed sale price. Roof repairs can lead to repair bills in the £1000’s.
